Refund policy

Artful Peach Co. Returns & Refunds

30-Day Returns
You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible, items should be in the condition you received them — unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.

To start a return, visit your account, select the item, and click Start Return, or email us at support@artfulpeach.com. Once your return is approved, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send it. Please note, returns sent without prior approval cannot be accepted.


Damages or Issues
Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.


Non-Returnable Items
Custom or personalized items, special orders, and gift cards cannot be returned. Have questions about a specific item? Just reach out — we’re happy to help.


Exchanges
Want something different? The quickest way is to return your current item and place a new order for the replacement.


EU Orders – 14-Day Cooling-Off
If you’re in the European Union, you have 14 days to cancel or return your order for any reason. Items must be in the same condition you received them, with tags and original packaging, along with proof of purchase.


Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note your bank or card company may take additional time to post the refund. If you haven’t seen it after 15 business days, email support@artfulpeach.com.
